Designed by Marcus Barnett Studio in collaboration with David Collins Studio, The Secret Garden has been conceived as a quintessential English garden with a contemporary twist. Carefully curated planting includes elegant white wisteria, hydrangeas, irises, hellebores, ornamental grasses, and flowering crab-apple trees, creating a landscape that evolves beautifully throughout the summer season. At its centre, a tranquil water feature provides a soothing soundtrack, while elegant parasols, canopies, and luxurious seating invite guests to linger from sunny afternoons through to warm summer evenings. As daylight fades, bespoke cashmere throws by Johnston’s of Elgin add an extra touch of comfort, allowing guests to enjoy the garden long after sunset.

Designed for relaxed yet refined al fresco dining, the menu features everything from elegant small plates and fresh salads to seafood specialities and signature mains. Highlights include the Dorset Crab Brioche Roll, Ceviche of Sea Bass with Citrus and Avocado, Harissa-Charred Poussin with Pumpkin Seed and Smoked Almond, and Red Mullet served with Ratatouille and Bouillabaisse. To finish, indulgent desserts such as The Ritz Vanilla Trifle and Vanilla & Chocolate Ice Cream Mille Feuille provide the perfect sweet ending.
